MediGuide AIYou can delete your MediGuide AI account and its data at any time.
In the app
- Sign in.
- Open Settings → Data & Privacy.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately, and you are signed out on every device.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my MediGuide AI account”.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from that address.
- We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account, your profile and your sign-in sessions.
- Health records, medication schedules, symptom checks, nutrition logs and connected devices.
- Your chat conversations, with all messages and files in them. They are removed for the other person too.
- Copies of your messages that someone forwarded into another chat are shown there as deleted.
- Reports you made.
What is kept, and for how long

If someone forwarded a file they sent you into another chat, that file stays in the other chat. Copies that people saved or screenshotted on their own devices are outside our control.
Data stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the account in the app, or when you uninstall the app. This includes cached health readings and your settings.
