Create your account
Sign up with your email or with Google. MediGuide AI is for adults, so you confirm you are 18 or older and accept the terms.
Add what matters to you
Allow Health Connect if you want your vitals in the app, add your medicines and their schedules, and log meals as you go.
Ask, track and share
Ask the coach or the symptom checker, follow your trends, get your reminders, and export a summary for your next appointment.
Your data stays yours
Health information is personal. Here is how MediGuide AI treats it. The Privacy Policy has the full details.
No ads, no tracking, never sold
Your information is not sold or used for advertising. The app contains no ads and no analytics or tracking SDKs.
AI without your identity
Questions sent to the AI do not include your name, email or account ID, only what the feature needs to answer.
You decide what is shared
Data & Privacy settings let you stop sharing health data with the AI, keep Health Connect readings on your phone, and block screenshots.
Delete your account at any time
Delete it from Settings in the app, or request deletion here. Your account and its data are removed permanently.

Short answers to what people ask most.
Is MediGuide AI a doctor or a medical device?
No. It gives general health information to help you understand and keep track of your health. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and its AI answers can be wrong. Always check important decisions with a qualified healthcare professional.
Who can use MediGuide AI?
Adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Does the AI know who I am?
No. Requests to the AI carry only what the feature needs, such as your question or the photo you took. Your name, email and account ID are not sent.
Who can see my health information?
Only you, and the service providers that run the app for the purposes listed in the Privacy Policy. It is never sold or used for advertising. People you chat with see your name, profile photo and whether you are online, but not your email address.
Can I stop sharing my Health Connect data?
Yes. Turn off Back up Health Connect data in the app to keep readings on your phone, turn off Share health data with AI to keep them out of the daily insight, or remove access entirely in Android Settings → Health Connect.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete account. Without the app, follow the steps on the Delete your account page.
What should I do in an emergency?
Do not use MediGuide AI. Contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional straight away.
